HOW Design 2011 Business Annual – Page 79
As other designers may know, creating your own identity isn’t the easiest task on the planet. I struggled for months to really capture who Miaso Design really is and what we are really about. Given the fact that my last name means meat in Polish, I based my design around meat packing. I used French butcher paper for the letterhead and chose triple thick chip board for my business cards. I had Accucolor Printing here in Chicago do the letterpress as they are the best in the business, and that’s just what I wanted to convey.
HOW Design Magazine was seeking entries for letterhead systems so I decided to submit mine. I just received the November 2011 issue and voila! Here it is. I am very proud of this accomplishment. You can get the issue here
Cheers!

I am proud to announce I am in yet another book published by Rockport Publishers. The book is due out July 2010. Please be sure to check out my work as well as other fine designers across the globe. I designed this logo roughly 10 years ago while I lived in Belfast, Northern Ireland for a student at the University of Ulster who did web programming.
